You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws and that information you provide is accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Online payments are accepted via our PayU payment link / gateway
• Work typically begins after successful payment confirmation
• Any custom scope beyond the purchased package may be charged separately with prior confirmation

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated after requirement discussion. Timelines depend on timely client inputs (content, logo, images, approvals).

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business content and required assets
• Review and approve drafts within a reasonable time
• Ensure you have rights to any logo, text or images you supply

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive usage rights to the delivered website design for your business. Pre-built components, frameworks and our internal tools remain our property or that of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or downtime caused by third-party services (domain registrars, hosting outages beyond our control, payment gateway issues, or client-side misuse).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
