Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Website Bananewala for website packages and related digital services, including payments via PayU.

1. Nature of Services

Our offerings are primarily digital/custom services (website design, development, setup of domain/hosting/SSL, etc.). Once work has started or digital resources are provisioned, costs are incurred.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• Before work starts: If you cancel before we begin design/development and before domain/hosting provisioning, you may request a refund of the amount paid after deducting payment gateway charges (if any).
• After work starts: Once design, development, domain registration or hosting setup has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Us

If we are unable to deliver the service due to reasons solely attributable to us, we will offer a suitable remedy which may include completing the service later or issuing a refund of the unused portion / full amount as applicable.

4. Refund Process

• Share payment reference / transaction ID from PayU
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank timelines may vary)

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of services.
