Website Bananewala provides digital services. There is no physical product shipping.

1. Mode of Delivery

• Websites are delivered digitally via live URL / hosting on our server
• Credentials, previews and updates are shared by WhatsApp, email or video call as needed

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard website packages are typically delivered within the timeline communicated after payment and requirement finalisation
• Delivery depends on timely receipt of content, images, logo and approvals from the client
• Custom or advanced projects (e-commerce, apps, software) follow a mutually agreed schedule

3. Service Area

We serve customers across India. Physical presence is not required; support is available online and by phone/WhatsApp.

4. Delays

Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, third-party domain/DNS propagation, or payment gateway confirmation time are outside our control and will extend delivery timelines accordingly.
